Filmmaker Ruth Hogben collaborates with award-winning musician Kanye West to create a film for his single Lost in the World. Film director Spike Lee is back with another Spike Lee Joint for the masses. The title of the movie is “Red Hook Summer” and the plot goes as follows. The story follows a young boy from Atlanta who finds himself in Red Hook (a neighborhood in New York’s Brooklyn) to spend the summer with his grandfather, whom he has never met. No exact date on the release of the film, but expect it to hit theaters sometime in August.
