Our Community is the epicenter of tomorrow. As an institution of Community Outreach and Education, BC University’s mission is bridging the gap between the green and urban community though philanthropy, educational seminars, volunteer programs and partnerships. Our focus is education, green awareness, self confidence, physical activity and nutrition. Understanding that it truly takes a village, we set out to effectively achieve community servitude by establishing strong relationships with organization, athletes, entertainers and institutions of learning.

We firmly believe that everything starts with education. On average, 7000 High School students drop out every school day. That’s 1/3 of all public high school students and almost ½ of all African American, Hispanic and Native American teens. By senior year, it’s estimated that 40% of all freshman leave school, which is an unbelievable total of 1 million students a year. In an effort to do our part, Broccoli City encourages students to live and think organically. Simply put, this essentially means being creative, positive, cool, scholarly and most important—an individual.
