For the most part, urban communities are rarely exposed to the what a green lifestyle entails and how they, as individuals, living in these centers are a meaningful and viable part of the conversation, aside from the random “Go Green” or “Buy Green” message plastered at the grocery store. There is no content given or in-depth knowledge shared from a source that the community can trust. They need a source that walks like them, talks like them, and most importantly understands them because the persons sharing the information are “them”.
